This is my first experience with a storage unit and even though it's only been a week, I'm very impressed. I booked and moved into my storage unit all online Easter Sunday. Richard, the property manager, called me Monday to make sure everything went smoothly and if I needed anything. I had some other questions and request throughout the week and Richard has been nothing but great to work with. My unit was very clean and even though it's outdoors, it has a light and electrical outlets which is a nice touch. The facility seems well kept and clean.
Richard was incredibly helpful and helped transfer to a different unit when he noticed our rented unit was dirty before move in. He was very thorough with his assistance and made sure we understood all of the processes and ensured our satisfaction. Wonderful employee and person!
