I purchased a 10 x 20 unit for a move my wife and I were making from FL to Ga. The online booking went smoothly. Upon arrival at the facility, the staff was helpful, the facility was clean gated and safe. Location was picked by proximity to my children and this fit the bill. We did find the unit to be smaller than what was advertised. A 10 x 20 was 9'4x 18'. Just keep this in mind when renting. Because of this, I was compensated for the month we used it for only 3 days. A prior review was followed up by a phone call from management that wanted to make sure we were fairly treated. I found this to be a good example of a caring management and staff.
I made a mistake in not noticing the dates for my rental was not what I intended, but the staff was very accommodating and fixed my concern. Very customer friendly and it was appreciated.

This place has been great from the very beginning. The ease of setting up an account online was a breeze and working with Barbara the manager on a few request has been wonderful. We have never encountered any issues with the gates and the inside unit that we have has been kept spotless and temperature controlled in the year we have been there. Very well laid out and clean throughout the property. I definitely would recommend it.
