I don't usually respond to leaving a rating on anything, but I decided to on this one. I had a really good experience with them. I was nervous about everything because I had to rent a U-haul truck plus find a storage facility too. I had never done either of these things. Lisa was super helpful in explaining everything to me. I wasn't for sure exactly what size storage unit I needed. I reserved a unit and a day or so later before I arrived back with the items to store, I realized that I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. Lisa made the transaction so easy and stress free. I had to contact them over the weekend too, because I forgot what the code to the entrance gate was. I contacted Mandy, and she quickly responded back to me with the gate code. I would definitely recommend them for obtaining a storage unit for any of your needs.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Flex Storage made the whole process surprisingly easy. The property feels safe and well cared for, and getting set up took just minutes. It’s been dependable and stress-free — exactly what you want from a storage place.

Lisa is phenomenal. She was a big help during the ice storm. She let me charge cell phones since I had no power. Very friendly and willing to help and be there at anytime for customers.

The manager, Lisa, is so kind and helpful. The units are always clean. The security is great! My grandson forgot to lock my lock one time, and she called me and then locked it for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Flex Storage to anyone!
