I don't usually respond to leaving a rating on anything, but I decided to on this one. I had a really good experience with them. I was nervous about everything because I had to rent a U-haul truck plus find a storage facility too. I had never done either of these things. Lisa was super helpful in explaining everything to me. I wasn't for sure exactly what size storage unit I needed. I reserved a unit and a day or so later before I arrived back with the items to store, I realized that I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. Lisa made the transaction so easy and stress free. I had to contact them over the weekend too, because I forgot what the code to the entrance gate was. I contacted Mandy, and she quickly responded back to me with the gate code. I would definitely recommend them for obtaining a storage unit for any of your needs.
Tammy was so helpful and very easy to work with. Documents were signed electronically which was great. All instructions were easily explained. The unit is clean and accessible. Price is perfect!
Flex Storage has been very helpful, generous and courteous. I have one of the best members of their team, Lisa, who takes care of my unit plan and she is truly amazing and very patient. Flex Storage is definitely the best and probably most affordable I have seen.
We rented a storage unit for several months and never had any problems with our unit. Love the fact that you have a security code to get in the property. Plus they keep the area clean. Also, making your payment is super easy online or call. If I ever need to rent another unit I would definitely rent another from Flex Storage Corinth.
