Very friendly staff, always pleasant. Always trying to accommodate. I have been storing my camper there for 3 years. I have needed special assistance 3 times, and they solved my issues all 3 times. First, I needed to store a 2nd camper for about 2 weeks, and they provided a temporary spot for me. Second, I purchased a larger camper and needed a larger space. Somehow, they rearranged things and provided a larger slot. Last of all, I needed a mobile repair, and they allowed the repair on site.
I wish everyone treated customers like they do. And the rate is great.
