Flex Storage is a customer-facing storage brand operated by DYO Investments. These terms govern the Flex Storage conversational SMS messaging program.
Consent and Program Scope
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing during a phone call or in person, you consent to receive conversational SMS text messages from Flex Storage, operated by DYO Investments. Messages are limited to one-to-one customer-service conversations, including responses to your questions, requested information, and communications needed to continue an active service matter. This SMS program does not send marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated appointment-reminder messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting any product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and averages 1-2 messages per month. The actual number of messages depends on the conversation you initiate or consent to receive.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
Re-enrollment
To re-enroll after opting out, provide affirmative consent again or reply JOIN if keyword re-enrollment is available for the messaging number.

Delivery and Carrier Responsibility
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Flex Storage is not responsible for charges, errors, delays, or delivery failures caused by a carrier, device, network, or third-party messaging provider.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised terms, but no change will eliminate your right to opt out by replying STOP.
