This will definitely be our go-to place for anything storage-related moving forward. Anthony made the entire process easy from start to finish. I’m honestly not sure what his title is, but he carries himself like an owner—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we got exactly what we needed. I can’t say enough good things about him. If I had to sum up why we’d choose this facility again, it would be the customer service. The location is convenient for us, and the pricing was right in line with the other outdoor, non-climate-controlled storage options we looked at. What truly sets this place apart is the level of service. It’s head and shoulders above any other storage facility we’ve used. I couldn’t recommend them more. Mr. Anthony has been phenomenal to work with since the day I called to get pricing a year ago. He has been very helpful and he is so polite and kind. He has true customer service. I’ve called a few times and he hasn’t been near the office and has stated he would call me back and within minutes he has called back.
